Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. The service

These Terms govern the use of dossaia, an online tool, published by Pearl Digital LLC, that helps professionals build and check document files: document checklist, collection from the user's own clients, completeness and compliance checks, reminders and a summary.

2. Plans and prices

Trial: free, 3 files, no credit card. Solo: $149 per month, with a launch offer at $99 per month for the first 3 months (promotion code LAUNCH). Firm: quoted on request and set up with you before any billing. Prices on dossaia.com are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that may apply.

3. Billing and automatic renewal

The Solo plan is a subscription billed monthly in advance by card through our payment processor, Stripe. It may start with a free trial shown at checkout; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly charge is made at the end of the trial. The subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you in advance, by email, of any price change.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel online at any time, in a few clicks, from the Billing button in your dashboard (Stripe customer portal), or by writing to contact@dossaia.fr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Periods already started are not refunded pro rata, unless the law requires it.

5. What dossaia does, and doesn't do

dossaia is an assistance tool: the agent checks that documents are present, legible, of the right type and period, and consistent with each other. It makes no decision (lending, leasing, hiring, underwriting, selection) and gives no legal, tax or financial advice: final approval of a file rests solely with the professional user.

The user is responsible for collecting documents lawfully from their own clients, for having the right to share them with dossaia, and for using the service in compliance with the laws that apply to them (for example the Fair Housing Act, the FCRA, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, anti-discrimination rules and Form I-9 requirements). dossaia is not a consumer reporting agency and its output must not be used as a consumer report.

6. Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the subscription over the last 12 months. The user remains responsible for the files they build and the decisions they make.
