Rental application: the documents the AI checks
Provided by default, fully adjustable. For each document, the agent checks it's present, legible, from the right period and in the right name.
dossaia only checks that documents are complete and legible. No scoring, no ranking, no tenant screening and no consumer report: those decisions remain human, within the Fair Housing Act, the FCRA and your state and local rules.

FAQ
Before you start
Does dossaia screen or rank applicants?
No. It never scores, ranks or recommends an applicant, and it does not pull credit or background reports. It only tells you whether the requested documents are present and readable.
Can I use my own document list?
The default checklist covers the usual documents. Keep it identical for every applicant of a unit; the Firm plan adds custom checklists.
Do applicants need an account?
No. One link per applicant, upload from a phone or a computer.
