• Professional account: email, company or display name, subscription and billing status (card details are handled by Stripe, never by us).
• Files: client name and email entered by the professional, file type, and the documents uploaded by the professional's clients, with the information they contain and the AI's verdict on each document.
• Free document check: the document is analyzed in memory and not stored; the email, if you give one, is kept to send you the checklist and a few related emails you can unsubscribe from.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data used for security and rate limiting.

Only to provide the service: build a file, check documents for completeness and compliance, follow up on missing documents, and deliver a summary to the professional. We do not use your clients' documents for advertising, and they are never used to train AI models.

For the files of their own clients, the professional user decides why and how the documents are collected; dossaia processes them on the professional's behalf and instructions, as a service provider. A client who wants to exercise a right over a file should contact the professional who sent the link; we will help them respond.

• Supabase (database and file storage), servers in the European Union. Files are stored in a private, encrypted space and only open through short-lived signed links.
• Anthropic (Claude AI model), United States. To check a document, dossaia sends it to Anthropic, which processes it for the duration of the check and does not use it to train its models.
• Stripe (payments), Vercel (application hosting, United States), Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (audience measurement, only with your consent).

Documents are kept while the file is being handled, then deleted according to the professional's choices: a professional can delete a file and all its documents at any time from the dashboard. Data minimization applies: we only keep what the service needs.

Encryption in transit and at rest, strict separation between accounts, upload links limited in time and use, access control. No file is publicly accessible.

dossaia does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). There is therefore nothing to opt out of; you can still write to contact@dossaia.fr to confirm it for your data. The site uses no advertising cookies; audience measurement (Google Analytics) only loads if you accept it in the cookie banner, and never on upload links or in the dashboard.

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to receive it in a portable format. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, write to contact@dossaia.fr. We will verify your request (usually by confirming the email address associated with it) and answer within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the authorization.

dossaia is a professional tool, not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and tell account holders by email of material changes.
