Why is the Firm plan on request?
A firm has multiple users, its own checklists and branding: we set all of that up with you before billing, then quote a price. Write to us and we'll book a 20-minute call.
Is there any commitment?
No contract. Solo renews automatically every month until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from the Billing button in your dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the paid month.
How does the trial work?
The Trial plan is free and lets you process 3 files, no card required. When you're convinced, you move to Solo at $149/month, or $99/month for the first 3 months with the launch offer. Solo also starts with a 14-day free trial at checkout.
Which currency am I billed in?
US dollars. Prices exclude any sales tax that may apply in your state.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime — the change is immediate.
Is my clients' data protected?
Files are stored privately and encrypted, and can only be opened through short-lived signed links. To check a document, dossaia sends it to its AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), which does not use it to train its models. dossaia never sells or shares your clients' data, and you can delete a file and all its documents at any time.
