A loan lives or dies on its documents. A bank statement missing page 3 of 4, a pay stub older than 30 days, a W-2 from the wrong year: processing kicks it back, conditions pile up, and the closing date slips. dossaia checks each document the moment the borrower uploads it, and keeps following up as long as something is missing.

A statement with a missing page, a pay stub without YTD earnings, an expired driver's license. You only spot it when the file is being set up.

Provided by default, fully adjustable. For each document, the agent checks it's present, legible, from the right period and in the right name.
dossaia checks that documents are complete, legible and consistent. It never assesses creditworthiness, ability to repay or debt-to-income, and makes no lending decision: underwriting and approval remain entirely with the lender and the loan officer.
